- During new collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Damaged Items
